Managing Member, Site Assessments
Peter Devaney is a Managing Member of Veracity and owner of Inside-Out Construction, LLC. Peter provides oversight management and training for site inspections. With over 25 years of comprehensive construction and project management experience, Peter provides Veracity with oversight management and training for site inspections. As owner and operator, Peter is responsible for the overall management of Inside-Out Construction including project consulting, procurement, and management, along with the development of competitive project pricing strategies, monitoring and maintaining effective cost controls to align with project budgets while meeting critical deadlines and managing all key construction trades and ensuring insurance and licensing requirements. Inside-Out Construction is a licensed General Contractor firm in the state of Georgia.
Member, Vice President of Sales & Operations
London Taylor is a Member of Veracity responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Veracity and is active in the sales and marketing of Veracity’s services. With over seven years of professional diversified experience, from time to time, London works with our production teams in the areas of commercial due diligence, project management and staffing, provides oversight for document management and compliance, and conducts commercial site inspections. Having worked for national builders in residential construction, she is a specialist in the residential contract documentation processes, contract closing coordination and spec home design. London is currently attending Gwinnett Technical College pursuing a degree in Interior Design and Business.
Loan Servicing, Accounting & Audit
Nancy is a Senior Director in commercial loan servicing and real estate accounting, with extensive knowledge of funds management, bank and cash reconciliations, investor reporting, business operations and payroll. She is experienced in GAAP, FNMA, FMAC, GNMA, SBA and CMBS requirements and has effectively managed investment portfolios of over $60B. Nancy was previously employed as a Manager of Cash Management and Investor Accounting for the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, and a Senior Manager of Servicing, Accounting, Operations, Audit Compliance and Corporate MERS QC Officer at the Generation Mortgage Company. As a Real Estate Accounting Operations Manager at John Hancock Real Estate, Nancy managed the CMBS Mortgage Accounting Department which included master servicer and sub-servicer accounting, payment processing and cash adjustments, reserve account disbursements, daily cash balancing and month-end closing. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Wilberforce University.
Kathryn “Katie” Carr
Underwriting, Asset Management & Loan Servicing
Katie Carr is a Senior Director specializing in commercial mortgage banking and real estate with comprehensive experience in underwriting and asset management. Katie has specialized in joint venture equity asset management, loan underwriting, valuation, acquisition/disposition diligence, repositioning, and property level performance improvement. As an Asset Manager at Trimont, Katie was responsible for managing a $100MM+ mixed-use equity portfolio for a NY based investment banking client. She engaged in deal structuring and documentation reviews prior to closing, reviewing and approving requests for principal advances and other cash management disbursements, enforcing compliance with partnership agreements and/or third-party debt reporting requirements, and approved operating and capital budgets, loan extensions, specified leases, interest and preferred return account balances and IRR calculations. As a highly sought after Consultant Katie has underwritten and managed the underwriting process for several major lenders such as Bank of America, JP Morgan, KeyBank and Midland. Katie holds a Bachelor of Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from Georgia Southern University.

Jerome Parsons is a Senior Director in commercial mortgage banking and real estate with multiple years combined experience in accounting, auditing, bank account reconciliation, compliance, portfolio management, asset management and underwriting. He has extensive experience in evaluating borrower and property credit risks, increasing asset value through strategic repositioning, accounting, and financial auditing. As an Audit Officer, Jerome was an internal auditor/consultant for a $65 billion financial institution, which required him to utilize the Business Analysis Approach to narrate and flowchart divisions of the bank to identify weaknesses to recommend and implement improvements. He is adept at financial statement and general ledger preparation and analysis and has managed a successful accounting system conversion. Jerome earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate, Investment Management and Corporate Finance from the University of Georgia.
Underwriting, Asset Management & Loan Servicing
Chad Thomas is a Senior Manager, specializing in commercial mortgage banking with over 24 years of experience in portfolio and asset management with underwriting and servicing of CMBS, agency and insurance company loans. As Lead Underwriter for Situs, Chad underwrote 134 CMBS transactions totaling over $1B. While at Berkadia, Chad analyzed, underwrote and approved various borrower requests such as sales/assumptions, transfers, loan modifications, collateral releases, maturity extensions and material leases. As a Portfolio Manager, Chad provided oversight of over 150 portfolios in excess of $70B and performed underwriting and data tape aggregation for a $2B Re-REMIC portfolio. His experience extends to multifamily loan servicing and underwriting where he was instrumental in reconciling more than 19 collection accounts and identifying $51.6M. Chad’s experience also includes ensuring compliance with PSAs, property level cash flow analysis, and compiling detailed economic and demographic research in conjunction with underwriting to assess the feasibility of transactions. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
Loan Servicing & Securitization
Alnita Kemoh is a Senior Associate in commercial mortgage banking and real estate with over 16 years of experience in commercial, residential mortgage loan servicing, underwriting and securitization. Her due diligence expertise includes data aggregation, exception clearing, re-underwriting and site inspections to access loan performance and ensure accurate information is available to assist in the marketing or purchase of diversified loan portfolios. Currently, Alnita is engaged in providing master servicing support with responsibility for investor reporting and property protection advances, monitoring primary servicer performance and compliance with reporting and cash management, and performing financial risk mitigation. Prior to joining Veracity, Alnita worked for First Landmark Bank, Signature Bank of Georgia, Synovus Financial Corporation and RR Donnelley. Alnita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management, Business Information Systems from DeVry University.
Project Management & Loan Servicing
Jolena Turner is a Project Manager and Associate that brings diversified experience specializing in loan servicing and project management, coordination, and staffing. Jolena is a loan servicing specialist managing securitized pools of multifamily loans, reconciling advance recoveries and preparing property protection advances. She also provides expertise in organizing and developing project plans, managing project workflow, client management, identifying and screening project resources, and document management and compliance. Jolena has proven ability to manage large scale portfolio projects, meet and exceed project deadlines and client expectations, and develop and implement project plans. Jolena was previously employed by SitusAMC and is actively engaged in projects supporting the FDIC and Freddie Mac projects on behalf of Veracity. She earned a Bachelor of Interior Design degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
Underwriting, Securitization, Real Estate Sales & Acquisition
Adrian Bolah is an Associate in commercial securitization and underwriting due diligence, specializing in real estate sales and acquisitions, and site inspections. Adrian brings over six years of professional diversified experience to Veracity. In addition to his experience in commercial mortgage banking and real estate, Adrian is adept in loan document and real estate contract interpretation, data extraction, data and financial analysis, commercial and residential leasing, sales, and marketing with an in depth understanding of real estate market trends, investor consulting and financing. Adrian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University, in Atlanta, Georgia and is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.
Lourdes Taylor is a Marketing Coordinator for Veracity focused on sales, marketing, and corporate social media communications. Lourdes specializes in providing creative and results-driven sales and marketing and communications, and in the development of new and innovative ways to reach and connect with brands and customers. She works directly with our graphic design marketing and branding consultants to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy and consistent digital campaign results. Lourdes is completing her degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, and she earned an SEO Certification from HubSpot.
